Why am I being asked to re-authenticate my accounts?

Your personal brokerage accounts need to be periodically re-authenticated based on your custodian's timetable, which is usually every 180 to 360 days. Additionally, if your custodian uses 2-factor authentication and does not have an alternative to linking your account without 2-factor authentication, you will need to re-link your accounts every month.


If you click on the link in the email we send you, you will be taken to our login page. Upon login, you will be taken to the re-authentication page.


Please re-enter your username and password and wait for the success notification.


Nothing further is needed until you receive another email from our support team.
